  • Prepara i tuoi contenitori vuoti per la spedizione: ti consigliamo di conservare la confezione originale. Se non hai la confezione originale, avvolgili con cura.
  • Dopo aver completato l'ordine, riceverai un'email con un'etichetta per la spedizione gratuita
  • Stampa e applica l'etichetta sul pacco e consegnalo al tuo ufficio postale - se non hai una stampante, puoi scrivere a mano l'indirizzo
  • Una volta ricevuti i contenitori vuoti, sterilizzeremo i barattoli con calore secco e li riempiremo con una nuova partita di shampoo
  • Puntiamo a evadere le ricariche entro 24 ore dal ricevimento
  • Il tuo barattolo ricaricato ti verrà restituito per essere utilizzato!
