Con il nostro programma di ricarica, devi avere confezioni UpCircle vuote da restituirci. Dopo aver effettuato l'ordine, riceverai via email tutte le informazioni necessarie per restituirci le confezioni vuote, inclusa l'etichetta per la spedizione gratuita.

  • Solo per clienti esistenti: assicurati di avere già il barattolo della crema viso da restituire!
  • Lava accuratamente e asciuga il barattolo vuoto della crema viso con acqua calda e sapone
  • Prepara le confezioni vuote per la spedizione: ti consigliamo di conservare la confezione originale. Se non hai la confezione originale, avvolgile con cura.
  • Dopo il checkout riceverai un'email con un'etichetta per la spedizione gratuita
  • Stampa e applica questa etichetta sul pacco e consegnalo al tuo ufficio postale - se non hai una stampante, puoi scrivere a mano l'indirizzo
  • Una volta ricevute le confezioni vuote, sterilizzeremo i barattoli con calore secco e li riempiremo con una nuova partita di crema viso
  • Puntiamo a evadere le ricariche entro 24 ore dal ricevimento
  • Il tuo barattolo ricaricato ti verrà restituito per essere goduto!
