Return, Refill, Reuse
- Existing customers only - please ensure you already have your shampoo crème jar to be returned!
- Thoroughly wash and dry your empty shampoo jar using warm soapy water
- Pack your empties up ready to be posted - we recommend saving your original packaging. If you haven't got your original packaging please wrap them carefully.
- After checking out you will receive an email with a free post label
- Print and attach the label to the parcel and drop to your local Post Office - if you don't have a printer, you can handwrite the address on instead
- Once we have received your empties back we will sterilise the jars using dry heat and refill your jar with a fresh batch of shampoo
- We aim to turn around refills within 24 hours of receiving them
- Your refilled jar will be returned to you to enjoy!
*Please note, if you are ordering new products as well as refills these will be sent when your refills are returned to you.
