Return, Refill, Reuse

  • Existing customers only - please ensure you already have your peptide serum bottle to be returned!
  • Thoroughly wash and dry your empty peptide serum bottle using warm soapy water
  • Pack your empties up ready to be posted - we recommend saving your original packaging. If you haven't got your original packaging please wrap them carefully.
  • After checking out you will receive an email with a free post label
  • Print and attach the label to the parcel and drop to your local Post Office - if you don't have a printer, you can handwrite the address on instead
  • Once we have received your empties back we will sterilise the bottle using dry heat and refill your bottle with a fresh batch of peptide serum
  • Your refilled bottle will be returned to you to enjoy!
  • We aim to turn around refills within 24 hours of receiving them

*Please note, if you are ordering new products as well as refills these will be sent when your refills are returned to you.
