Devuelve, Recarga, Reutiliza

  • Solo para clientes existentes: asegúrate de tener tu tarro de champú para devolver.
  • Lava y seca bien tu tarro de champú vacío con agua tibia y jabón
  • Prepara tus envases vacíos para enviar: recomendamos guardar el embalaje original. Si no tienes el embalaje original, envuélvelos con cuidado.
  • Después de finalizar la compra, recibirás un correo electrónico con una etiqueta de envío gratuita
  • Imprime y pega la etiqueta en el paquete y llévalo a tu oficina de correos más cercana - si no tienes impresora, puedes escribir la dirección a mano
  • Una vez que recibamos tus envases vacíos, esterilizaremos los tarros con calor seco y los rellenaremos con una nueva tanda de champú
  • Procesamos las recargas en un plazo de 24 horas desde su recepción
  • ¡Te devolveremos tu tarro recargado para que lo disfrutes! 

*Ten en cuenta que, si pides productos nuevos junto con recargas, estos se enviarán cuando las recargas te sean devueltas.
